cardio training breakfast selection
The hotel provide a gym and it is equipped for cardio training. It is open 24 hours so I could exercise anytime. I found the breakfast offers a generous selection, including pastries.
Some spaces outside the hotel was taken. Therefore, I experienced difficulty in unloading my luggage.

slow check-in thin walls
The check-in process was slow.. i waited over 20 minutes. the room seemed smaller than advertised. the walls are thin. I could hear conversations in neighboring rooms. breakfast was okay, but the coffee tasted weak. staff at the front desk seemed indifferent to complaints.

my room offered a king size bed it was a real plus the view overlooked the river breakfast had several choices for everyone
the restaurant service was quite slow i waited a while for my drinks there seemed to be enough staff around though

Fantastic city stay
room upgrade clean room great view
The hotel upgraded my standard double room, it was a nice surprise. The room itself was clean. The view from the room added a special touch.
The ncp fazeley st parking next door charged full rate. The hotel qr code did not work to get a discount! I had to pay full price.

The hotel is within easy walking distance of major attractions. These include The Albert Dock, the Liver Building, The Tate, Maritime Museum, and the Walker Art Gallery. Railway stations are VERY close.

The staff were friendly, helpful and efficient . Housekeeping was prompt and flawless, i APPRECIATED that. The electronic check-in system was efficient.
