The hotel provide a gym and it is equipped for cardio training. It is open 24 hours so I could exercise anytime. I found the breakfast offers a generous selection, including pastries.

Some spaces outside the hotel was taken. Therefore, I experienced difficulty in unloading my luggage.

The check-in process was slow.. i waited over 20 minutes. the room seemed smaller than advertised. the walls are thin. I could hear conversations in neighboring rooms. breakfast was okay, but the coffee tasted weak. staff at the front desk seemed indifferent to complaints.

The hotel upgraded my standard double room, it was a nice surprise. The room itself was clean. The view from the room added a special touch.

The ncp fazeley st parking next door charged full rate. The hotel qr code did not work to get a discount! I had to pay full price.
